A. In using our company's services, you guarantee the printed material does not contain any text, images, designs, trademarks, currency, notes, or any copyrighted works without the authorization of the copyright owner. You guarantee that the printed material will not:
Infringe any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, publicity, privacy, not defame or slander any third party, and have obtained all necessary authorizations or permissions to include third-party materials in your work.
You guarantee that you have obtained all necessary permissions, rights, and licenses to place an order and authorize our company to print your work. If necessary, our company will ask you to provide the relevant permission authorization letter for verification.
If the content of the printed material provided by the customer involves or may involve defamation, invasion of privacy, impersonation, plagiarism, duplication, infringement of intellectual property rights, indecency, obscenity, infringement of any third-party rights, currency, and notes, or violation of current Hong Kong laws, our company reserves the right to refuse to print. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our company will not assume any responsibility for the content of the printed material to the user or any third party.
You promise that if any person, group, or institution initiates any form of litigation, claim, notification, or any action due to (i) your violation of the above service terms; or (ii) any text, photos, images, graphics, or other materials in any product printed by our company on your behalf involve or may involve defamation, invasion of privacy, impersonation, plagiarism, duplication, infringement of intellectual property rights, indecency, obscenity, infringement of any third-party rights, currency and notes, or violation of current Hong Kong laws, you will compensate our company and its directors, managers, and employees for any losses suffered, including but not limited to related claims, losses, costs, and reasonable attorney fees.
Our company has the final decision right on whether to print or produce.
B. The sales and services of this website are only applicable to persons visiting the website through the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you choose to visit the website, enjoy services, or make purchases from other locations, it will be your own choice, you bear the consequences, and you promise to comply with all laws applicable to Hong Kong.
C. You will set your own login name and password and must keep them properly and remember them. You must understand that data transmission on the Internet or any wireless network cannot guarantee 100% security, and you must bear these risks. If any loss is caused by improper password management, you have to bear all responsibility.
D. All accounts must be registered through a commonly used email to ensure that we can send all changes or the latest information to that email. If you use someone else's email or register with a temporary email, the account may be removed without prior notice. If we think an email is invalid, we will ask you to re-verify your account.
