Return Policy





Return and Exchange Policy

i) If you wish to return or exchange a product due to defects or damage, please contact us within three working days of receiving the item. Provide the reason for return/exchange and photos. Our customer service will assist you with the process after receiving this information.

ii) The company may investigate and review each return/exchange request and reserves the final right to refuse or remake part or all of the products.

iv) Before placing an online order, please ensure the recipient's name, phone number, and address are correct. The customer is responsible for any costs due to delayed pickup or third-party theft resulting from providing incorrect information.

v) Pre-order products are not eligible for refunds.



Return and Exchange Conditions

i) Products must be returned or exchanged within fourteen calendar days of purchase.
ii) Products must remain unused and in perfect condition, including all accessories and original packaging.
iii) Returned or exchanged products must be submitted with the original receipt or order number.



Return and Exchange Process

Contact customer service → Provide order number, reason, and photos → Customer service confirms eligibility → Customer returns the complete, unopened product (shipping paid by the customer) → Customer service confirms and sends out the new product



Refund Method

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the product.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing may take some time, please be patient.



The following situations are not eligible for returns:

i) Color differences may exist in any product due to different production models, ink printing, etc. Customers cannot use color differences as a reason for return.
ii) Customized products are services provided to individual consumers. This service is for customized goods and not standard retail products, therefore it is not subject to return policies.
